Services

Prodesco S.L. is a manufacturer of enamels and dyes with a national and international sales and distribution service. Our products are aimed at customers in the ceramics sector and can be purchased directly from our company or through our associated distributors. We have a shop next to the factory with direct sales service to supply our products. All those products that are not available at the time of purchase because they are out of stock must be requested as an order, accepting the general conditions of sale. 

The sale of our products through the shipping service is subject to a minimum cost of €300 in areas where we do not have distributors and €500 minimum cost for those areas where we do have distributors. This price is net excluding VAT, packaging and transport. You can consult our network of distributors in the CONTACT section of the website.

 

Conditions of Use and Product Liability

The company reserves the right to modify formulas, formats and presentation of the products. As well as the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any of them. Our prices are subject to change and will be notified in a timely manner upon receipt of the order.

It is important to store the products in a place protected from direct sunlight and to avoid sudden changes in temperature. The use and handling of our products is the sole responsibility of the customer. We guarantee that the technical specifications of the products we manufacture correspond to the information on their labels and in the technical documentation provided by our company. In the case of products marketed by third parties, we limit ourselves to passing on the technical information provided by the original manufacturer.

Our technical advice is for guidance only and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is suitable for their needs and conditions of use.

Any visible defect in a product must be reported in writing within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Non-apparent defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product. Complaints about incomplete or defective deliveries do not justify the withholding of payment by the customer.

Minor colour deviations from catalogues or promotional images are not considered as valid defects for complaint. The graphical representations, descriptions of dimensions, weight, quality and other technical characteristics are for information purposes only and are not binding.

If the complaint is duly justified, a replacement will be offered at no additional cost. Any other claims, including claims for consequential damages or compensation of expenses, are expressly excluded.


Orders

All orders must be made in writing to the e-mail address: pedidos@prodesco.es. The customer accepts the prices, delivery time and payment conditions when they confirm the proforma or valuation issued for their agreement. The modification or extension of the order by the customer is subject to a surcharge if it involves handling or disassembly. 

To ensure the availability of the products to be picked up by the customer at our facilities, it is recommended to place an order in advance. Once prepared, we will notify you by e-mail for collection at our facilities in less than 15 days. After this date, the order will be invalidated and an extra payment will be required if it is to be prepared again.

 

Shipment

Transportation of the order is not included in our service unless otherwise specified in the sales order. 

Shipment of the order is made without an agreed appointment, unless requested by the customer. Delivery is made at street level and does not include pallet disassembly. Delivery time will depend on the goods and the area. Specific conditions must be agreed in advance in the purchase order. 

Before you open your order:
We recommend that you always write PENDING REVIEW on the delivery note upon receipt of the goods.

If the packaging or the product received is damaged, we would like to remind you:
1) You must indicate it on the agency’s delivery note as “damaged goods” and take a picture to justify it, otherwise we will not be able to make a claim.
2) In case of breakage or if the product received does not correspond to the quantity or reference number stated on the delivery note, please send us photographs to this email address pedidos@prodesco.es within 24 hours.

 

Returns

Only products that are returned in their original packaging, with the security seal intact and in perfect condition may be exchanged.

Excluded are all products that may have been subject to any alteration or manipulation, as well as products manufactured on demand.

The maximum period for the acceptance of product returns will be 15 days from the date of sale, as indicated on our delivery notes. It is essential to show the delivery note or purchase invoice. Once the return has been accepted, the product will be checked at our warehouse, verifying the batch and quantity.

Immediately the following will occur: exchange it for other product(s) or payment into your account. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded.

For returns to be accepted by a transport agency, prior Prodesco authorisation is required, provided that they are transported carriage paid.

 

Security

Our products’ Safety Data Sheets are automatically sent to the contact email when the purchase is made and whenever it is modified regarding the previous version. The machines marketed are CE marked. We assume no liability for damage to persons or property resulting from improper or inappropriate use of our products.

 

Payment Conditions

The payment methods that Prodesco, S.L. accepts are: payment in advance in the case of the first purchase, payment by transfer in advance, payment by POS terminal, payment in cash for amounts less than €1000 and in the case of authorised customers, payment by credit.
